Social Impact

We believe in the transformative power of sports. While we celebrate the joy and camaraderie that football brings, our mission goes beyond the pitch. We are committed to nurturing young talents not just as athletes, but as individuals capable of achieving sustainable livelihoods.

Our football community isn’t about grooming future football stars; it’s a platform for holistic development. We aim to empower all our athletes to attain 100% livelihood. How do we do this? By instilling values of resilience, teamwork, and discipline through sports while simultaneously providing comprehensive education and life skills training.

Whether they pursue a career in football or not, our goal remains unwavering: to equip every participant with the tools they need to thrive independently. We focus on nurturing their talents, fostering their academic growth, and imparting essential life skills, ensuring they become self-sufficient and self-sustaining young adults.

Impact Model

At the heart of our approach lies the concept of Dual Education, which aims to empower every graduate with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful livelihood.

Academic Excellence

  • Achieving a 100% Matric Pass Rate: Through comprehensive tutoring and mentoring programs, we are committed to ensuring that every student achieves a 100% Matric pass rate.

  • Scholarship Programs: We offer scholarship programs to support students in their academic endeavors and help them excel in their studies.

Transitioning to the Workforce

  • Skill-to-Work Program: Our skill-to-work program prepares alumni for the workforce through a 3 to 6-month training program tailored to specific fields. Goodhope collaborates with suitable partners to ensure the success of this initiative.

Embracing the Swiss Model

  • Apprenticeship Program: Inspired by the Swiss model, our apprenticeship program offers structured learning paths for various professions over 3 to 4 years. This proven system, akin to Switzerland’s success in the Profession-World Cup, produces highly qualified personnel. Goodhope actively partners with institutions to implement this effective approach.
